Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping Terms Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout as soon as possible after full payment is received. The actual shipping date depends on courier or air cargo availability. Once confirmed, we will notify you of the earliest possible shipping schedule.

Packaging and Handling All plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in damp sphagnum moss and sealed with cling film or plastic bag. Each plant is further protected with gift wrapping paper to maintain warmth. WATCH OUR PACKING DEMONSTRATION VDO

Shipping Methods
a. US & EU Orders - Dragon Courier We ship to the United States and European Union via Dragon Courier (door-to-door service). There are no additional shipping charges for this method. Delivery usually takes 4-6 business days, although delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.
Note for US customers: If you are ordering more than 12 plants, an import permit along with the Yellow and Green shipping label is required. Please email the documents to greenroomplanter@gmail.com after placing your order.
b. Air Cargo Option If you prefer your order to be shipped via air cargo, the actual freight cost will be charged on top of the plant price. We only charge one-way shipping from Thailand.
Please note:
- The buyer is responsible for arranging a custom broker to clear the shipment at the destination.
- Any Import duties, taxes or additional port handling fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the plant or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays and Rights We reserve the right to delay shipments due to severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the safe delivery of your products. In such events, we will provide timely updates.

Shipping Cancellations All orders are final once the purchase is completed. We do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed, as preparation and documentation for export may begin immediately. Please ensure all order details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Customs and Import Duties Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient, except for customers located in the US and EU countries where these are included in the cost. These charges are beyond our control and can be unpredictable.

No Returns and Live Arrival Guarantee Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We guarantee that plants will arrive alive but not without cosmetic damages such as broken/ cracked leaf, yellowing leaves, dropping leaves. Claims for dead or severely damaged plants must be made within 6 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographic evidence. In the event that we deem a replacement is suitable, the customer may be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the replacement item.
Additional Note
- Refunds: There are no refunds once an order has placed.
- Import Regulations: This page should not be used as a reference for plant import regulations for your country. While we strive to stay updated with the legislation and restrictions of most countries, it is ultimately up to the buyer to inform us of the steps needed for importation. Failure to properly notify us of necessary procedures or documents that leads to delays or destruction of plants will not allow for refunds or replacements.
