Refund policy
• We guarantee the plants to be in good health and condition with professional packing before logistics departure. We are not responsible for the plants once they leave our care. All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS IN ANY CASES.
• Live Arrival Guarantee - We guarantee that plants will arrive alive but not without cosmetic damages such as broken/ cracked leaf, yellowing leaves, dropping leaves. Claim for dead plants must be made within 6 hours of delivery by emailing us an unboxing video and pictures. If the application is approved, we will send a replacement. Phytosanitary fee ($35), Shipping and handling cost of replacement will be handle by customer.
